Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Orders paid by Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal cannot be changed or canceled online.  If you wish to make any changes, please call Customer Service at 561-544-6006 Ext 4. For Mail Orders, you can change these prior to shipment. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. If your chosen shipping method supports online tracking, you should be able to track its progress online. If you have any problems doing so, please email us at status@nativeremedies.com.
My order never arrived.
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays specific tracking information, we encourage you to contact the shipper directly for additional tracking information.

Additionally, we ask that you review the shipping information which was provided at the time the order was placed to ensure that the information is accurate. If you find any discrepancies or erroneous information, please email us at status@nativeremedies.com or contact customer service at 561.544.6006 Ext 1.

Lastly, if your order is being shipped internationally, we ask for your continued patience as occasionally we experience individual customs delays which are beyond our control based the nature of our products, changes in homeland security and other variances which we can not always account for. Therefore, if your order never arrived or is exceptionally tardy to please email us at status@nativeremedies.com or contact customer service at 561.544.6006 Ext 1.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered" and after reviewing the above information you are still concerned, please contact customer service for assistance by emailing status@nativeremedies.com.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. We ask that you review your order information to ensure that all products are in stock and that none of the items which you are missing are on backorder. If items are indicated as being on backorder, we will ship the items as soon as they become available. However, if there are items which are in stock and show as "shipped", please email us at service@nativeremedies.com or contact customer service at 561.544.6006 Ext 4.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at service@nativeremedies.com for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
